Cancellation and Refund

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched will not be undertaken. 

Also, the company can cancel the order at any time of any customer if it’s unable to be fulfilled. Please allow us 24-48 hours in terms of a refund. For any assistance, you can email us at info@satviky.com

REFUND POLICY

Usha Foundation offers complete trust and transparency on all purchases with us to all our customers.

Our products are non-returnable as they are food items. However, we do consider refunds of purchased items under the following conditions: 

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered

In case of any of the above circumstances, detailed images of the packaging and the contents of the box must be sent to us at info@satviky.com, within 48 hours of the delivery. A full or partial refund may be initiated at the sole discretion of ‘Satviky’.

In case there is a quality complaint about the product that needs to be shipped back to Satviky, the reverse shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Before returning a product, please ensure that it is in the same packaging in which it has been delivered. Once the product has been returned to us, we will send a replacement or refund you the amount due. Refunds will be deposited back to your account based on the stipulated time set by the bank, usually in 3-7 working days.
